Earth Week Proclaimed

OSWEGO, NY – Kevin Gardner, acting chairman of the Oswego County Legislature (left), presents Earth Week Coordinator Richard Drosse a proclamation designating April 19 through 28 Earth Week in Oswego County.
The Oswego County Environmental Management Council has planned a variety of projects to help protect Oswego County’s natural resources.
