FULTON – At a recent Fulton Sunrise Rotary meeting, Rotarian Donna Kestner introduced Dale Currier, director of Emergency Management for Oswego County.

He spoke about the New York State Terrorism Tip Line and the eight signs of terrorism we should look for when we see suspicious behavior.
He also gave examples of incidents that have occurred in rural New York to show that terrorism can happen anywhere and noted that we should be observant and take proactive steps if we see something of concern.
The Fulton Sunrise Rotary meets every Friday at 7 a.m. at Mimi’s.
