Fairgrieve Elementary School Principal Jean Sampsell recently recognized one student from each classroom with a Virtue of the Month award because they exhibited respect throughout the month of October.
The group of children were honored during a recent Morning Express program where they received a certificate, cheers and applause from their peers, teachers and special guests.

Principal Sampsell also provided a “brag tag” for each honoree to add to their collection.
In the first row, from left, honorees include: Ruthie Niver, Rowen Cowden, Corbin Burns, Lilyana Loftus, Tristan DeMunn and Oakley France.
In the second row, from left, are: Kyler Vail, Marshall LaBaff, Cooper Bryant, Eddie Ramirez-Abrams, Natalie David, Austin Nesbitt and Lana Kuznicki.
In the third row, from left, are: Alivia Ruscitto, Camron Clear, Allison Treneer, Skylar Litchison, Alea Runge and Kaya Renfrew.
In back, from left, are: Isabella Painter, Dominique Bentley, Alyssa Durval, Zoey Tryon, Izaiah VanBuren and Principal Sampsell.
