FULTON – The “Fifty & Fabulous” Bowl-A-Fun hosted by Oswego County Opportunities includes a free party open to all! But you must have a ticket to be admitted.

The party starts at 2:30 p.m. on April 9 at Lakeview Lanes on Route 3 West.

“Oswego County Opportunities is celebrating 50 years of service in 2016, hence the name ‘Fifty and Fabulous!’” said OCO Executive Director Diane Cooper-Currier. “That’s why we’re throwing a party – this is a big milestone for OCO.”

There will be a Corporate Competition from noon to around 2:30 p.m., where predominantly sponsor teams will compete for the fun of it – and for bragging rights!

Then, instead of the second flight, it’ll be party time.

“Folks who come in for the party can enjoy one free game and shoe rental for open bowling. There will be live music and special performers in the bar area, and each person will receive a token for a free soda and slice of pizza,” she said.

Please note that while the party is free, you need a ticket to be admitted.

“Tickets allow us to plan for how much food we’ll need, and also to be sure we don’t exceed the safety limit for how many people can be in Lakeview Lanes,” Cooper-Currier explained.

Tickets are available NOW, at the following locations:

·        OCO Main Office, 239 Oneida St., Fulton, Monday -Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

·        OCO Midtown Plaza Office, corner East First and Bridge streets, Oswego, Monday – Friday 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.

This party is open to all – OCO employees and families, OCO consumers and families, friends, businesses and the general public.

“Remember, ticket supplies are limited; when they’re gone, they’re gone!” Cooper-Currier said.
