Phoenix Head Start Pre-K had a visit from “Elmo and friends” with Firefighter Ryan Reed.
As October was Fire prevention month presentations were done from Fulton and Phoenix fire fighters.
[1] Meghan Stevens as she reads about firetrucks after the visit from Elmo.
[2] Nicole VanDyke from the Phoenix fire department as she explains to the children not to be afraid and not to hide from fire fighters.
[3] Nicole discusses lighters are tools for grown-ups not toys for children.
[4] Nicole VanDyke from the Phoenix fire department as she explains to the children not to be afraid and not to hide from fire fighters.
[5] Firefighter Ryan Reed explains the importance of checking batteries in the smoke detectors at home and at school.
[6] Jayden Grant as Ryan Reed assists in putting on the turnout gear to put out fires and keep our body safe in the process.
