FOP Awards SUNY Student

Oswego County Lodge #1 of the Fraternal Order Of Police awarded a plaque, and a check for $100 to Nathan Horner of Clay.
Nathan is a senior at SUNY Oswego, and is a Public Justice major with an interest in a career in Law Enforcement.
His GPA is 3.9.
