OSWEGO COUNTY – The Oswego County Legislature’s Government, Courts and Consumer Affairs Committee recognized Justin White for his 25 years of service with the county. White served as Oswego County Historian and a records retention clerk at the Oswego County Records Center before he retired last year. He was a long-standing member of multiple community boards and was awarded a lifetime achievement award from the county’s Tourism Advisory Council last December.
