OSWEGO, NY – Through the generosity of a Richard S. Shineman Foundation grant, the County of Oswego Council on Alcoholism and Addictions, Inc. (COCOAA), will be distributing letters with information to businesses with liquor licenses regarding Responsible Server Training.

RST is designed for anyone who distributes or serves alcoholic beverages and educates how to sell or serve responsibly.

There are two different formats of this program, one for on-site drinking venues and one for venues that sell alcohol to be consumed off-site.

The letters contain self-addressed envelopes to easily schedule employees for an RST training session.

Training will be scheduled based on responses received by establishments.

Responsible Server Training is a GCASA program certified by the New York State Liquor Authority.
