Join the Fulton City School District on April 11 for Universal Pre-Kindergarten (UPK) and Kindergarten Registration Day.
Registrations for both the UPK and kindergarten programs for the 2013-14 school year will be accepted on this day from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. and 4 – 7 p.m. at Fairgrieve, Granby, Lanigan, and Volney elementary schools.

UPK is a two and one-half hour morning or afternoon program offered at each elementary school in partnership with Oswego County Opportunities, First Step Universal Pre-K, and the Fulton YMCA.
The program is free for district residents. Eligible children must turn four years old on or before December 1, 2013.
Kindergarten is a full-day program offered at each elementary school for children who turn five years old on or before December 1, 2013.
Please bring the following records when registering a child for UPK and/or kindergarten: original birth certificate (with raised seal), up-to-date immunization record, and proof of residency.
Registrations will be accepted after April 11 through the Office of the Central Registrar at the Fulton Education Center.
