FULTON – At a recent Fulton Sunrise Rotary meeting, Rotarian Ed Garrow presented Mayor Ronald Woodward.

The mayor spoke of some of the city’s past struggles, but concentrated mainly on present accomplishments, such as the library progress, Fulton Block Builders, Friends of Fulton Parks, the lake restoration and Fulton Foot Paths.
The Fulton Sunrise Rotary meets every Friday at 7 a.m. at Mimi’s.
