Fulton Noon Rotary Club Welcomes New Member

FULTON, NY – Judy Young, member of the Fulton Rotary Club, introduced new member Mike Szpak at a recent noon Rotary meeting.

Mike is the executive director of the ARC of Oswego County and CEO of Oswego Industries.

Mike has been working in the field of occupational activities for many years.

He is a graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology, where he received his training in the field of serving disabled adults.
