Fulton Rotarians Learn About Cancer Center Expansion

At a recent Fulton Sunrise Rotary meeting, President Ellen Nowyj introduced Dan Grannis.  Dan, the spokesperson and representative for the Upstate Cancer Center,  told about the expansion of the existing center.  This will be a 74.5 million dollar project,  five stories high, that will serve a 17 county region, approximately 1.8 million people.  Dr. Leslie Coleman will be the medical Director for this facility - the only local facility offering pediatric care and research education for patient care.  The Fulton Sunrise Rotary meets every Friday at 7 AM at Fulton's Riverside Inn.
