FULTON – Fulton Sunrise Rotary Club members recently hosted Cody Volunteer Fire Department Chief David Crowe, Jr. Crowe recalled wanting to become a firefighter when he was astonished by the skill of the volunteers who fought a fire at his father’s home. He applied to join the department that day. Crowe noted that volunteers make a huge personal and financial commitment to serve the community. He heads a department of 30 volunteers.
