Rotary District Governor Paul Scott made his official visit to the Fulton Sunrise Rotary Club recently. He talked about Rotary's program for the coming year, inluding projects in safe water, hunger, health, literacy , service to youth, expanding public relations and vocational service. Scott announced the annual conference to be held in Scranton, PA. in May 2011 and encouraged attendance.
