Fulton Sunrise Rotary Holds Changing of the Guard

FULTON – The Fulton Sunrise Rotary recently held its annual Changing of the Guard.

The 2016-17 president Linda Rossiter turns over the duties of the office to 2017-18 president Mike DeLorme.

The Fulton Sunrise Rotary meets every Friday at 7 a.m. at Mimi’s.
