FULTON – The Fulton Women’s Club had its monthly luncheon at Holy Trinity Church on March 22.
Sue Conklin a Tai Chi instructor from The Greater Baldwinsville YMCA was the guest speaker.
She explained the value of Tai Chi on balance, flexibility and muscular exercise tension and the cardiovascular system.

She demonstrated some Tai Chi movements to the members.

At the March 22 luncheon, the Fulton Women’s Club presented an annual check of $200 to the Friends of Fulton History.
