Garden Program Growing At Mills Apartments

FULTON, NY – Director of Catholic Charities of Oswego County’s Emergency Services Program Helen Hoefer (left) and Mills Apartments’ resident services coordinator Ann Casey work in the vegetable garden at the Mills Apartments in Fulton.

Catholic Charities provided the vegetable plants and assisted in the planting of the garden that will provide exercise and fresh vegetables for the residents.
