Ghost Walk Set For Hannibal Cemetery

Jane Scruton, a member of the Hannibal Historical Society, extends an invitation to attend its Historic Cemetery Ghost Walk.  On Friday, September 19 at 7 p.m. at God’s Vision Christian Church, 326 Church Street, there will be a presentation for those who have difficulty walking through the cemetery.

On Saturday, September 20, groups of 20-25 will leave God’s Vision Christian Church, at 15-20 minute intervals between 11 a.m. and 12 noon, and beginning again at 1 p.m. for a guided tour through the cemetery, stopping at particular graves.  At these graves, a re-enactor will tell the story of the person buried there.  The cost of the tour is $5 per person and reservations are not required.  For more information or questions, call 564-5650.
