Girl Scouts Celebrate 100 Years

OSWEGO, NY – Julie E. Billings, vice president of Advancements for Nine Pen Pathways Council spoke to the members of the Oswego Sunrise Rotary Club recently.

Billings told the members of Rotary about the Girls Scouts plans for celebrating the Centennial of the Girl Scouts.

She presented the assembled members of Rotary with Girl Scout Cookies.
