Giving Thanks Food and Beverage Pairing Event set for November 1st

FULTON – Members of the planning committee for Oswego County Opportunities (OCO) Giving Thanks Food and Beverage Pairing event met at the Lake Ontario Conference Center in Oswego to discuss details for this year’s event. Presented by G & C Foods, Giving Thanks brings together some of Oswego County’s favorite restaurants and eateries including Canale’s Restaurant, Oompa Loompya’s, Press Box, Driveway Inn, Tatlim Bakery, Lakeview Lanes, Texas Roadhouse, Ji-Woo’s Korean Seoul Food, Kiyomi Japanese Steak House, LaParilla, Mimi’s Drive-In, CiTi Culinary, Appledale Orchards, GS Steamers and others serving tastes of their most popular menu items. Each dish is paired with a beverage expertly selected by Eagle Beverage Company to enhance the flavor.

The event, to be held November 1^st at the Lake Ontario Event and Conference Center, serves as a fundraiser for OCO’s “There’s No Place Like A Home” initiative that focuses on providing shelter and supportive services to individuals and families facing a variety of challenges, including those with disabilities, mental health concerns, domestic violence, substance abuse, and homelessness.
