OSWEGO – Michele King was a guest speaker at a recent Oswego Rotary club meeting.

She is the owner of Adirondack Physical & Occupational Therapy and is a licensed occupational therapist.
She specializes in hand therapy and neurological conditions.
Most recently, she has expanded her services to include wellness and nutritional consultations for health promotion, disease prevention and weight loss with scientifically proven programs.
King spoke to the members about the importance of good nutrition, exercise, sleep and vitamins to maintain good health and the control of stress.
She emphasized the importance of selecting foods, supplements and nutrition programs on the basis of scientific findings rather than current fads.
