HANNIBAL – Sounds of the season filled the Lockwood Auditorium recently, as Hannibal Middle School students performed a holiday concert.

In front of an audience of friends, family and school district personnel, members of the Dennis M. Kenney Middle School seventh and eighth grade band performed five songs.
The musicians delighted the crowd with “March of the Aliens,” “Over the Rainbow,” “Happy,” and holiday favorites “Sleigh Ride” and “Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer.”
The seventh and eighth grade chorus members followed with six-song lineup under the direction of Denise Ellis.
Students sang hits such as “Little Red Bird,” “Do you Want to Build a Snowman?” and “Hey Soul Sister,” before a sing-along performance of “Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas.”
