HANNIBAL – Dennis M. Kenney Middle School students recently celebrated academic success, perfect attendance and scholastic improvement during a ceremony in the cafeteria.

Teachers and administrators were on hand to congratulate students who earned high honor roll, honor roll, perfect attendance or achieved academic growth from the previous quarter.
More than 200 students in fifth through eighth grades were recognized with certificates and a doughnut treat.
Principal Shawn Morgan said he was proud of the students’ accomplishments and encouraged them to continue their dedication and work ethic in the final quarter of the school year.
