HANNIBAL – Sounds of the season filled the Lockwood Auditorium as Hannibal students performed several concerts leading up to the holiday break.

The concert series included vocal and instrumental music featuring a full lineup of holiday classics.
Middle school chorus and band students showcased their talents on two separate nights, while high school musicians also held two concerts for an audience of family and friends.
The Hannibal Central School District music program holds several concerts throughout the year.

Students also demonstrate their talents at various music festivals and competitions.
In April, the Hannibal High School Senior High Chorus will join several other musical groups from throughout the nation for the Annapolis Heritage Festival musical assessment in Maryland.

Students are currently spearheading fundraising efforts to help offset the cost of the trip.
