Harter Receives Commendation

OSWEGO – The Oswego County Legislature recognized Kendra Harter at its March meeting for her inspirational example of hard work and dedication.
A senior at Mexico Academy and Central School, Harter plays guard on the varsity basketball team where she has an impressive average of 16.6 points per game.
In January, she scored her 1,000th point in the game and was named “Athlete of the Week” by News Channel 9 in February.
In June, she will graduate as valedictorian for her class, the true embodiment of an outstanding scholar athlete.
