Head Start program participates in parade

FULTON, NY – Families from Oswego county Opportunities Pinewoods Head Start and Fulton Head Start centers walked in the Fulton Memorial Day Salute Parade to show their support for our Head Start program.

The families gathered early and decorated their wagons and strollers, some carried signs and others handed out bubbles with Head start information on them.
