Hibbert Receives Recognition From Oswego County Legislature

OSWEGO, NY – The Oswego County Legislature’s Infrastructure and Facilities Committee recently presented Joan Hibbert with a certificate of appreciation for her 25 years of service.
Hibbert is a cleaner with the Oswego County Buildings and Grounds Department.
