Debbie Davis, manager of the Hannibal branch of Community Bank, and Lowell Newvine, Historical Society historian, met recently to discuss their program for the Hannibal Historical Society’s upcoming meeting on March 25 at the Hannibal Community Center at 7 p.m.

They will share the History of Banking in Hannibal.
The Brewester Bank failure in 1901 and Hannibal’s current bank, which had its beginning in 1967, will be discussed.
Refreshments will be served.
