Hogan Marks 40 Years With County At Retirement

OSWEGO – The Oswego County Legislature’s Infrastructure, Facilities and Technology Committee presented Richard Hogan with a certificate of appreciation for his service to the county upon his retirement.
Hogan is the director of the Oswego County Central Services Department.
