Holiday decorating is “for the birds”

PULASKI, NY – Students at Lura Sharp Elementary School recently walked to nearby South Park.

They decorated evergreen trees there with handmade holiday style ornaments that served a dual purpose.

The ornaments were made of edible materials that were not only appealing to the eye, but also provided a tasty treat for the feathered friends that live in the park.
