Students and families at Granby Elementary School recently attended their annual Make It and Take It Craft Night.

The evening of festiveness and creativity was sponsored by the Parent Teacher Group.
Tables in the cafeteria were set up with different crafts including: snowmen clothespins, glitter bulbs, paper plate angels, Popsicle stick photo frames, felt mice with candy cane tails, ornaments made from spools of ribbon and candy trees.
A new addition this year was a table for writing a note to Santa.
The letters were collected and given to Macy’s, who donated one dollar for each note to the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
Students left that evening with a shoebox full of homemade ornaments and crafts, and special memories spent with their loved ones.
