OSWEGO – Therese Schoeneck, founder and executive director of HOPE for Bereaved, and Walter Stein, director of public outreach/development at HOPE, presented a program recently to members of the Oswego Rotary Club.

Schoeneck established HOPE in 1978, 15 months after her daughter, Mary, died in a car accident.
Since that time, HOPE has grown to become a nationally recognized bereavement support organization.
HOPE offers a telephone helpline, one-on-one counseling, monthly newsletter, support groups, community education, printed resources and a website: www.hopeforbereaved.com
