Jared Campbell’s Blue Project was an interactive musical presentation that combined current musical styles, relatable characters and a strong upbeat positive message when he performed for students at Granby Elementary School.

His simple anti-bullying message of “do the right thing” included songs about being nice to one another, supporting each other and always being there for your fellow classmates and friends.
His funny, yet meaningful song entitled “Learn to Love Like a Dog,” showed that there was a lot you can learn about being a good friend from dogs.
According to Campbell “dogs are loyal, trusting and true and don’t care about what kind of clothes you wear, what color you are or how tall or wide you are.”
The students, laughed, clapped, and above all related to the character education message of respect, responsibility and positivity that was contained in the lyrics of his music, in his videos and through Campbell’s humorous stories.
The presentation aligned with the Fulton City School District’s Positive Behavioral and Interventions and Supports behavioral expectations of Be Respectful, Be Responsible, and Be Safe and works to maintain a positive learning environment for students in the district.
