Kestner Marks 10 Years Of Service With Oswego County

OSWEGO – The Oswego County Legislature’s Health and Human Services Committee presents Donna Kestner with a certificate of appreciation for her 10 years of service.
Kestner is director of Oswego County Veterans’ Services.
