Kline Takes Seat On Legislature

OSWEGO, NY – Legislator Richard P. Kline, District 12, recites the oath of office as he is sworn in by State Supreme Court Justice James W. McCarthy.
Legislator Kline represents portions of the towns of Schroeppel and Hastings.
