Legislators Present Certificate Of Appreciation To Helen Chetney

OSWEGO, NY – The Oswego County Legislature’s Human Services Committee congratulated Helen Chetney for her 25 years of service to county government.
Chetney is a community service worker in the County Department of Social Services and serves as president of the CSEA co-op bargaining unit which represents hundreds of county employees.
