Legislature Honors Stoker on her Retirement

The Oswego County Legislature’s Health and Human Services Committee presented a certificate of appreciation to Carol Stoker for her 26 years of service. Stoker is retiring from her position as a social welfare examiner in the Oswego County Department of Social Services.
