Lester Celebrates 20 Years Of Service With Oswego County

OSWEGO, NY – The Oswego County Legislature’s Health and Human Services Committee presents Judy Lester with a certificate of appreciation for her 20 years of service.
Lester is a supervising public health nurse at the Oswego County Health Department.
