It will be held at the facility Saturday, from 12:30 – 4 p.m.
Alliance Bank through the Oswego County Charitable Foundation donated a $100,000 gift towards the restoration project and third floor construction, which now includes the new Children’s area and Adult Fiction/Non-Fiction section.
In front of new naming opportunity signage that recognizes Alliance Bank’s partnership with the library are from left: Karen Swartz, Oswego Public Library Children’s Services Coordinator; Oswego Public Library Director Carol Ferlito; Alliance Bank Senior Vice President and Oswego Regional Executive Barbara Bateman; and Alliance Bank Branch Manager, Oswego East Office, Jodi Crouse.
