Mansfield Retires After 37 Years With County

OSWEGO – The Oswego County Legislature’s Government, Courts and Consumer Affairs Committee presented Georgiana Mansfield a certificate of appreciation for 37 years of service upon her retirement as Deputy County Clerk.
