OSWEGO – Following is a list of March events being held at the Oswego Public Library:
– Understanding Medicare 101
March 15 @ 5:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.
Paul represents American Senior Benefits, a company that excels at understanding the ins and outs of Medicare. They understand how confusing it can be, so they put together an educational seminar called Medicare 101 to help alleviate any questions and/or concerns that seniors might have regarding the Medicare process. We hope you will join us!
– Meditation and talk on Dealing with Distractions and Emotions
March 21 @ 4:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.
It is a special opportunity to explore life’s deepest questions with some of the most qualified teachers who share a wealth of knowledge and experience gained through living the life of Yoga.
The mood is extremely welcoming, and non-judgmental, with attention and care given to every single participant. Each group becomes a community of it’s own where long-term friendships are born.
