Marching Bucs Return To Competition Saturday

OSWEGO, NY – Saturday night the Oswego High School Marching Buccaneers will “take the field for competition” at the West Genesee High School.

The New York State Field Band Conference competition this Saturday night brings together 10 bands to vie for honors in the annual West Genesee show.

Oswego will be vying in the National Division and will be the first band in that class at 7:15 p.m.

Following the Marching Bucs will be Liverpool (7:30 p.m.), Victory (7:45 p.m.) and Cicero-North Syracuse (8 p.m.).

They will be followed by the host West Genesee Wildcats in exhibition.

Prior to the National Division competition Mohonasen will be the lone Small School 2 band at 6 p.m. followed by Small School 1 members East Irondequoit, Medina, East Syracuse-Minoa and Jordan-Elbridge.
