OSWEGO, NY – On Feb. 23, the members of Lake City Lodge No. 127 F & AM, Oswego’s own local Masons (and some friends) met for the weekly gathering known as the “celebrated” Fellowship Lunch Club at the Blue Plate Seafood Restaurant at West Second and Schuyler streets.
The host was Lake City’s own Brother Brian Girard.
He prepares some of the best dishes in town, and not just seafood!
In attendance were: Ron and Jackie Bond, John E. Krauss, Betty Lou Brown, Rev. Elyse Skiles, Earl and Joanne Wilson, George and Carol Reed, James Rizzo, Leo Monette, Karl and Jennie Reynolds, and Bill Pittsley and Sue Lavoie.
The Masons convene the “celebrated” Fellowship Lunch club once weekly at different restaurants in Oswego.

The group is open to anyone, membership in a Masonic Organization or Lake City Lodge is not required, there are no dues or fees, no reservations required, anyone may just show up on any given Thursday, noon, at the restaurant the gathering is being held at and pay for their own lunch.
Details as to where and when are published on the Lake City website in the calendar section. Website: http://www.lakecitylodge127.org[1]
This group was started some years ago by Earl Wilson, when he and a couple of others would gather for lunch, a few years later the group got some more assistance when Pat Fasulo joined its ranks and helped Earl build it up.
Now it has grown to about 15 -18 people enjoying good food, great conversation and fantastic fellowship every Thursday in Oswego.
Next Thursday, March 1, the Fellowship Luncheon plans to meet at Canale’s.
