Mayor Barlow Visits Oswego Head Start

OSWEGO – Reading to children is one of the most beneficial activities an adult can take part in.

Mayor Billy Barlow reads to the students of Oswego Head Start Pre-K. OCO serves more than 28,000 people each year through more than 50 programs operating in more than 80 locations throughout Oswego County.

This month, Oswego Mayor Billy Barlow made a visit to the Oswego Head Start Center.

The mayor read books to the students, sang songs and made new friends.

He took a tour of the school and explored the classrooms.
