OSWEGO, NY – Mayor Thomas Gillen will speak at the Oswego Rotary Club on Tuesday.
The meeting will be held at the American Foundry.
He will discuss his hopes and plans for the city.
The public is most welcome to attend.
Lunch is optional and is available at noon.
The mayor will begin speaking at about 12:30 p.m.
