McClemons Celebrates 25 Years Of Service With Oswego County

OSWEGO, NY – The Oswego County Legislature’s Infrastructure, Facilities and Technology Committee presented Theresa McClemons with a certificate of appreciation for her 25 years of service.
McClemons is a medium operator/Highway Worker II with the Oswego County Highway Department.
