McTiernan Visits Women’s Club

FULTON – The Fulton Women’s Club welcomed special guest Betsy McTiernan recently.

McTiernan is a graduate of SUNY Oswego.

She joined the staff of the newly formed Office of Learning Support.

After retiring, she initiated projects to stop litter along Lake Ontario’s shoreline.
