Minetto Students Qualify For Spelling Bee

MINETTO, NY – A trio of Minetto Elementary School students qualified for the next round of the annual spelling bee competition.

Sixth graders Natalie Chubon (center) finished first at the school while Luke May (right) was runner up and fourth grader Jack Dobbs was third.

They were congratulated for their success by library media specialist Janet Knight, Principal Dean Goewey and literacy specialist JoAnn Syrell.
