Mobile Food Pantries in Central Square and Oswego

OSWEGO COUNTY – The Oswego County Health Department partners with the Food Bank of Central New York to host multiple mobile food pantries around the county in July.

Anyone in need of food assistance can attend a mobile food pantry to receive a free box of food. There are no income requirements for recipients; however, boxes are limited to one per household while supplies last.

The July mobile food pantry schedule is:

• Tuesday, July 2 from 4 to 6 p.m.: Life Church, 2856 NYS Rte. 49, Central Square (entrance is on county Route 37)
• Saturday, July 13 from 1 to 3 p.m.: Oswego Alliance Church, 371 Thompson Rd., Oswego

Attendees of the Central Square event on July 2 are asked not to arrive before 3 p.m. as the parking lot will not be available before then.

Mobile food pantries are drive-up events and people are asked to stay in their vehicles.
