Morningstar Residents Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day

OSWEGO, NY – Irish eyes were smiling.  Irish music, corned beef sandwiches, and plenty of green beverages and desserts made for lots of smiling faces at Morningstar Residential Care Center’s St. Patrick’s Day celebration.
